Frequently asked
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
For a standard session with me, you will receive 50+ high-resolution images delivered to you in an online gallery. For my wedding couples, the amount of images you receive are based upon the package you book!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SHOOT?
THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! Color is everything in photos, so it's extremely important we are on the same page about outfits! It's always best you stick with a neutral color pallet with no loud colors or patterns. You will stand out more this way then wearing a loud color like red (you'll just have to trust me)! If you want additional outfit inspiration, check out my style guide for all the inside deets!
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
My travel fees are all included in the pricing you will receive from me. If you're inquiring me about a shoot, I will request where the photoshoot or wedding will be taking place so I'm able to provide you an all-inclusive price!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
For all my standard sessions, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your shoot. Although non-refundable, it's easily transferable to a different day! Things happen, I'm totally flexible for you. For my wedding couples, you have up to 60 days prior to the wedding to cancel and receive a refund, less your deposit, as stated in your contract!
WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?
Honey, there's a lot of things in this life I am in control over...but unfortunately weather is not one of them. We will be in constant communication about the weather prior to your shoot or wedding day. If we need to reschedule, I am flexible as long as my schedule is open! But...if you want to get jiggy in the rain, you don't have to threaten me with a good time!
WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?
My weddings are booked on a first=come first-serve basis. I am totally flexible with date changes as long as my schedule allows and another bride hasn't booked me for her big day. We will plan together and make changes as needed. If I am unable to provide services on the requested date you're looking to reschedule for, we will make appropriate changes at that time!
WILL YOU HELP ME FIND VENDORS?
YES GIRL! You are booking a photographer who is going to be with you every step of the way. I can provide venue, floral, cake and dj recommendations! If I don't have any vendor contacts where your wedding will be located, I will reach out and find the best vendor recommendations based on your area!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
All sessions are going to be booked through my client management software, Honeybook. What that means for you is: you will have easy access to pay online, view your signed contract, contact me, and view your upcoming payments. Your payments are set up prior to signing your contract, so you can see exactly how and when you will need to make your payments!
WHAT IS A SECOND SHOOTER?
If I could clone myself on your wedding day, I would! But, when I can't do that I bring a second shooter with me. This person is my right-hand on your big day. They are going to be taking all the photos I'm unable to take, capturing that many more memories for you to cherish for the rest of your life. Second shooters, although not required, will be a HUGE added bonus to your investment and will make your big day even more magical.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
ALL AROUND THE WORLD BABY. Seriously, if you're getting married or want to elope in some untouched land across the world, LETS GO! I'm a planner. So, bring me your ideas and we will work together to bring your vision to life! I will do my own research and provide you with a package price that will include travel to whatever destination is on your travel bucket-list!
