HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

Image counts vary based on the branding package or retainer you select. For one-time branding sessions, you can expect a curated gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited images designed for marketing use. For retainer clients, images are delivered consistently per session, with volume aligned to the scope outlined in your Selected Package Overview.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY BRAND SHOOT?

This matters more than most people realize. Your wardrobe plays a huge role in how your brand is perceived visually. We recommend neutral, cohesive tones that align with your brand identity and avoid loud patterns or logos unless intentionally branded. All Brand Edit clients receive outfit and styling guidance to ensure your visuals feel elevated, intentional, and on-brand.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Travel is quoted based on location and project scope. For local sessions, travel may be included. For out-of-state or destination projects, travel fees are provided upfront as part of an all-inclusive proposal so there are no surprises.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Branding sessions and retainer bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure time and resources. Rescheduling policies vary by project type and are clearly outlined in your contract. Retainer sessions are scheduled intentionally in advance and are not interchangeable or refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

Weather is planned for strategically, especially for brand sessions. If weather impacts the quality of the shoot, we’ll communicate in advance and determine the best next step based on your timeline and availability. Flexibility is built into the planning process wherever possible.

That’s exactly why The Brand Edit exists. Retainer clients benefit from adaptable planning that evolves alongside your business. Any major scope changes are discussed proactively and adjusted through your package or via add-on services as needed.

DO YOU HELP WITH CREATIVE DIRECTION OR IDEAS?

Yes. MacMo Photo & Co. provides creative direction, visual strategy, and shot planning as part of every branding experience. You’re not expected to show up with everything figured out. Our role is to help translate your business goals into visuals that actually work.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

All bookings are managed through our client management system. You’ll have access to invoices, contracts, payment schedules, and communication in one place. Retainer clients are billed on a monthly cadence unless otherwise specified in their agreement.
