HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

The number of images delivered for weddings is based on the collection you select. Each package includes a clearly defined range of high-resolution, professionally edited images delivered via an online gallery. Every wedding is documented with intention, ensuring full coverage of your day from start to finish.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS?

Styling plays a major role in how your images feel and age over time. We always recommend a neutral, cohesive color palette with minimal patterns to keep the focus on you and your connection. Once booked, you’ll receive our styling guidance to help you feel confident and camera-ready.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Travel is quoted based on the location of your wedding and is always communicated upfront. Your proposal will include an all-inclusive price so there are no surprises. Local weddings may include travel, while destination events are quoted accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Weddings require significant preparation and date exclusivity. All retainers are non-refundable, as outlined in your contract. Cancellation timelines and payment terms are clearly detailed in your agreement, and all policies are reviewed prior to booking.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

We plan intentionally with weather in mind and will remain in close communication leading up to your wedding day. If adjustments are needed, we work together to adapt while still delivering thoughtful, well-documented coverage. Some of the most memorable moments happen outside the plan.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?

Wedding dates are reserved exclusively. Date changes are subject to availability and the terms outlined in your contract. If a new date is available, we’ll work together to make the transition as smooth as possible.

WILL YOU HELP with VENDOR Reccomendations?

Absolutely. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted venues and vendors. We’re always happy to share recommendations or help guide you toward professionals who align with your vision and priorities.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

All bookings are managed through HoneyBook. This allows you to easily view contracts, invoices, and payment schedules in one place. Payment timelines are clearly outlined before signing so you always know what to expect.

WHAT IS A SECOND SHOOTER?

A second shooter provides additional coverage on your wedding day, capturing moments that would otherwise be missed. This allows for more comprehensive storytelling, multiple perspectives, and fuller documentation of your celebration. Second shooters are available as an add-on depending on your selected collection.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

MacMo Photo & Co. offers coverage both domestically and internationally. Whether your wedding is local or destination-based, travel logistics are handled thoughtfully and quoted clearly within your proposal.
