Because every destination, timeline, and scope is unique, travel sessions are custom quoted to reflect logistics, coverage needs, and creative direction. To receive accurate availability and pricing, clients must submit an inquiry with their desired location and dates. All travel details are handled thoughtfully and outlined clearly within your proposal.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

For portrait sessions, you will receive 50+ professionally edited, high-resolution images per hour session, delivered in an online gallery. Each gallery is thoughtfully curated to tell the full story of your session, from candid moments to polished portraits.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SHOOT?

Styling plays a major role in how your images feel and age over time. We always recommend a neutral, cohesive color palette with minimal patterns to keep the focus on you and your connection. Once booked, you’ll receive our styling guidance to help you feel confident and camera-ready.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Travel fees are always discussed upfront. When you inquire, I’ll ask for the session location so I can provide an all-inclusive quote that reflects travel, time, and logistics. No surprises later.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be transferred to a new date within the allowed window outlined in your contract, subject to availability. Life happens, and clear communication is always appreciated.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

Weather is one thing none of us can control. We’ll stay in close communication leading up to your session and make a call together if adjustments are needed. If rescheduling is necessary and availability allows, we’ll find the best solution to protect the experience and the final images.

WILL YOU HELP WITH LOCATION IDEAS?

Absolutely. Location is a key part of the storytelling process. Whether you want something natural, urban, or sentimental, I’ll help guide you toward a location that aligns with your vision and photographs beautifully.

DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED TIME OR ADD-ONS?

Yes. Additional time, locations, or customized session needs can be added based on availability. Any upgrades are discussed and confirmed prior to your session to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

All sessions are booked through my client management system, HoneyBook. This gives you one clean place to view your contract, make payments online, access session details, and communicate easily throughout the process.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?

Portrait galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks of your session date. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your images with full resolution.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

MacMo Photo & Co. offers portrait sessions both locally and for travel-based locations. Whether your session takes place nearby or at a destination meaningful to you, all travel logistics are handled with care and quoted clearly within your proposal.
